Polanco Realty came naturally, driven by a meaningful cause. Over time, we began to receive approaches from various investors, many of them international, who were looking for guidance and support to invest in the United States. By providing them with personalized assistance, they themselves began to recommend us to others, generating a network of trust that grew organically. This is how, almost inevitably, Polanco Realty was born: a company dedicated to accompanying investors who want to fulfill their dream of generating income in the United States from the comfort of their home.

One of our key advantages is the 12-month warranty we provide for any damage to the property. Furthermore, many of our units are rented under the Section 8 program, which guarantees rent payments through the United States government, thus offering a stable income stream and attractive profitability for our clients.

They both own many rental properties and have bought and sold hundreds of properties—so they fully understand the needs of investors.
